For over 3 years, we have managed the entire social media strategy for LaToya Jordan, Founder of Lead By Design Lab, a boutique leadership coaching and consulting firm. Our goal is to grow her brand presence, build an engaged audience, and generate leads through social media.

Our Strategy
When LaToya first came to us, she had a social media presence but wasn’t generating leads. Instead, she relied on word-of-mouth and referrals. She needed a system that would consistently bring in the right clients.
We started by narrowing our focus to women of color leaders in higher education and optimizing her LinkedIn profile to position her as a sought-after expert in leadership development. From there, we implemented a strategic outreach campaign to grow her audience and connect with high-quality leads. To further establish her authority, we developed a comprehensive LinkedIn content strategy, increasing brand awareness and positioning her as a true thought leader in her field.
